Sears:  As one of our oldest business partners, Sears has provided travel scholarship money to students on exchange programs in return for their good work ethics, customer service skills, and willingness to give special attention and on occassion translate for the  non English speaking customers while employed at their store.  Tuition reimbursement is one of their benefits as well as opportunties to relocate and remain employed, especially as students continue on with post secondary studies.  Mock interviews can be arranged by student request, and Sears has also hosted intership programs in the summer and job shadows for exchange students and their student hosts as well. They have also been consultants in the Junior Achievement Leadership Success Skills program.
