	Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Changepoint Church TICKETS Tickets must be purchased in advance and will be on sale in the Commons at lunch daily from April 13-23. Ticket prices are $25 for a single and $40 for a couple. A coat check will be available at the dance for $1 per coat. You must bring your school ID to the dance to be admitted. You will not be able to buy tickets or get a guest pass if you have any school fines. GUEST PASSES All guest passes must be returned to Mrs Wheeles no later than Monday, April 19th, by 2:30pm. Guest must be in good standing at their home school (applies to those still in school). Guest must be escorted to the dance by the Dimond student. Guest and Dimond student must present their school ID or photo ID at the gate to be admitted. Dimond student must complete and sign this application form. Guest and Dimond student must abide by all ASD Guidelines and Policies as described in the ASD Secondary Student Handbook. Middle/Jr. High School students are not permitted at any high school dances. Dimond students are allowed one guest. Guest must be under 21 years of age. Only Junior and Senior Dimond students can get a pass and buy tickets. Part time enrollment or students from SAVE are not considered Dimond students for this purpose. If you have a fine, your guest pass will not be accepted until the fine is settled. Written proof of cleared fine required.
