The East High Science Department is dedicated to offering the finest Science classes in Alaska.
The Anchorage School Board has mandated that each graduate of East High successfully complete three years of science. We offer classes that allow students to concentrate on the traditional science disciplines. In addition, we offer a wide range of classes that allow students to explore disciplines as diverse as marine science and astronomy.
The East High School Science Department wishes to make an unambiguous statement about our dedication to teaching all life sciences within the context of evolution. See our statement here.
