You can take the test on line from home at http://www.asdk12.org/forms/uploads/Concussion_Fact_Sheet.pdf ------------------------------------------------------------ Required Notice to Parents: 2012 Climate and Connectedness Student Survey – Grades 3 - 12 onlyThe 2012 Climate and Connectedness Student Survey is being administered to provide schools with information about perceptions and experiences related to school climate and student connectedness for use in setting school goals and redirecting resources. This is an annual survey implemented and analyzed jointly by the ASD departments of Social and Emotional Learning and Assessment and Evaluation. The survey will take place between January 17 and February 24 of 2012.
This survey does not require parental permission and is administered to students in grades 3 - 12. If parents would like to request that their child does not complete this survey, please contact your student’s school. This message serves as a notice to parents about this upcoming survey.

Goldenview Memory Book Early Bird Special Deadline Extended!! Pre-order your Memory Book by January 3 for only $35! The price will go up to $40 after that. We sold out last year, so please hurry! Memory Book forms are in the front office or at the PTSA webpage. Thank you. ---------------------------------- Art students from last year took on a special project that resulted in lasting furniture for the library. Painted stools that reflect a Goldenview theme.
If you're by the library, stop in and have a look - they're beautiful!!! ---------------------------- Technology Donations! Goldenview makes wide use of a number of donated items, and needs more. If you find you no longer need that "small" LCD computer monitor or "old" flat panel television, Goldenview may be able to make use of it. We're also looking for good quality computer sound systems and a small number of "living room quality" stereo systems. We want to install a high fidelity system to listen and record music in all three of our music rooms, and are looking for components, complete systems, or cabinets to hold them. Some good sets of speakers are especially needed. Size is not an issue. We could also use older digital cameras and hand cams for a number of activities. Scanners that work with Windows XP or Mac OS X are needed as well as a small number of VHS Tape Players and stand-alone DVD players. If you have
