Leaving Goldenview during the school year or leaving the Anchorage School District any time.
Please notify the registrar if you are leaving or even thinking of leaving. She will prepare copies of all of your student's shot records, transcripts, and test scores.

Coming to Goldenview during the school year, or from outside the Anchorage School District anytime. Please spend some time at the main ASD web site - Http://www.asdk12.org - there is lots of information about the District and links to resources for new-to-Anchorage families.
To enroll your child at Goldenview you need to provide to us:
! Up-to-date shot record (please note that the State of Alaska requires all public school students to be immunized for Hepatitis A & B.
-All NEW TO ANCHORAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS.....Please follow this link and get the needed forms for your student to be able to enroll. Please note that a lack of proper immunizations will prevent your student from starting classes.

! Check-out form from the previous school,
! Test scores/grades from the former school, and
! Proof of your address (you must live within the Goldenview attendance zone to register during the year):
-(utility bill, rental agreement, escrow agreement to purchase, or a notarized letter from the property owner).
