If you are interested, please contact Jane Johnson at 742-8242 Text Box: Sports in the Middle School For a student to participate in school sports, he/she must have a current physical (physicals are only good for one year), a participation form for each sport in which he/she wants to participate, and if it is a competitive sport, there is a $80.00 fee. The following are tentative dates for interscholastic (competitive) for 07-08 school year: Cross Country Running August Volleyball TBA Cross Country Skiing January Wrestling TBA Track and Field March Intramural (no fee required) Soccer (Boys and Girls) Fall Boys Basketball TBA Girls Basketball TBA Text Box: FROM THE CAFETERIA At the middle school level, children cannot charge lunches. We have a computer system so that each student has a personal meal “account.” This is a debit account (not a credit account). Money is deposited into the account in advance. You may pay into this account with cash or check, and the student may only purchase lunch items on this account. During lunch, students enter their student ID number on the pin pad, which is located at the cafeteria counter. The purchases are deducted from the student account. The cashier will let the student know the balance at the time of purchase.
