Daily Schedule:

First Bell - 8:50 a.m.   

Start Bell - 9:00 a.m.

Lunch:  Grades K-2 11:40-12:00 p.m.    Recess:  12:00-12:25 p.m.

       Grades 3-6 12:05-12:25 p.m.    Recess:  12:30-12:55 p.m.

Dismissal:  3:30 p.m.

(Children should not arrive at school before 8:40 a.m. as adult supervision begins at that time.  Students should leave the school ground promptly at dismissal time unless they are participating in a supervised after-school activity.  Supervision ends at 3:45 p.m.


Safety Issues:

  1. ✤Keeping your child safe is one of our highest priorities.  Please keep these thoughts in mind for all of our students:

  2. ✤When dropping your child/children off in the front parking lot line, wait your turn and keep moving.

  3. ✤Don’t wait in the car while they line up to enter the building, as doing so blocks traffic and forces the drivers behind you to back up.

  4. ✤Have your child ready to exit the car.  Checking for last minute items can be done at home.

  5. ✤Children should exit the car on the right side only--directly onto the sidewalk.

  6. ✤Please do not leave your car unattended unless it is in a regular parking space.

  7. ✤If you park in the lot or on the street, walk your child to the school sidewalk.  Do not allow the student to cross the street or parking lot without adult supervision.


Visitors/Volunteers: Please remember to stop by the office and sign our visitor’s sheet before heading to your destination at Inlet View.  It is important that you record the TIME IN and the TIME OUT as we use this information to account for your safety in the event of a fire drill or real emergency.  Please wear a visitor’s badge which helps us know that you have stopped by the office.


Weather Issues:

Be sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather!  All students are expected to go out for recess and each one needs to have proper clothing.  This is a parent responsibility.
