Job Description- A massage therapist massages a persons body to
get rid of their aches, pains, stress, any tension and to restore
their health.
Education
and training- To
be a massage therapists you have to complete a training program.You
have to take courses in anatomy, physiology, neurology, myology
(the study of muscles and their function), pathology, hygiene,
first aid, CPR, and infection control procedures. In most schools
you have to go through 500-1000 hours or training. And in some
states you have to take an oral or written exam just depending
where you are.
Salary Range-
The salary range
can be around $45,836-$68,505 a year.
