1. Activity Participation form signed by a parent

2. $80 fee (payable to Romig Middle School)- $330 family cap

3. Current Sports Physical on file with the school

**All three of these must be turned in to the office prior to students participating in sports.

**Ten Practices are required before athletes may participate in athletic competitions, or travel on the bus with teams to athletic competitions.

Intramural Sports Requirements

Intramural activities are done within the school. Students do not compete against other schools. No fee is required, but #1 and #3 above are required (activity participation form and sports physical.) These must be turned in to the office prior to participation in intramural sports.
