Student Government

 

Romig Middle School Student Council is a group of 7th and 8th grade students selected by their team teachers or elected by their teams as involved, caring students who possess leadership skills.  The following are some of the responsibilities of the Student Council:

organizing, publicizing, decorating, and selling items at school dances;

suggesting, organizing, and publicizing school Spirit weeks;

bringing issues of student concern to the school administration;

suggesting and organizing special events such as fund raising for worthy causes;

assisting with the school store; suggesting school-wide assembly ideas;

and organizing the last day of school events. 

Student Council meets each month.
