Students who want to participate can get the necessary forms from either Coach Elfstrom or from the office. Wrestling is a great opportunity to challenge oneself mentally and physically. The coaches encourage anyone who is interested to participate.

To participate in wrestling you need to have a doctor's physical on file in the activities office, $80 fee, and parent permission. Practices are Monday-Friday 3:00-4:30. Please arrange for athletes to be picked up by 4:45.
