Bengal tigers are wonderful creatures, who have been driven nearly to extinction by human beings. Many people fear their great size and strength, and stories of man hunting beasts. They seem to have a mythical sense about them, and therefore are often the subject in stories and folklore. I chose to do my project on Bengal tigers because I like most species of the feline family, owning three cats myself. I have enjoyed learning about the Bengal Tiger.
