Confucius was a great man that many people respected. He wanted a good government for China and he helped in improving life for the people of China. Confucius was born in 551 BCE. He was alive during the Chou Dynasty. In his later life, he went from place to place giving advice on how to rule to the rulers. The last of his life was devoted to teaching, which he enjoyed the most in life.
