Hinduism developed from the people of the Indus Valley in India and the Aryans of Persia. These groups were not Hindus in the beginning. Hinduism developed from their beliefs, practices, and literature. From the knowledge of the early archaeological findings and Hindu scriptures, we know that along this period is when we started to develop the Hindu religion. The Vedas provided much historical , sociological, and religious information. They provided a foundation for many Hindu concepts. The husband is the provider for the family.
