Tree of Warmth- Once again this year we have a tree growing in the office. We are asking you to send in new or gently used children's winter wear (hats, coats, gloves etc.) We will be donating some to students in our school and others will go to a local charity.

Coins for the Community- We are also holding a coin drive. There is a jar in each class for children to donate spare change until Dec. 15. After helping families in our school, Student Council will vote on a charity to receive the remaining money.

Winter Carnival- Mark your calendars now for the annual Winter Carnival scheduled for January 14th form 4-7 pm. This is a fun, affordable event for the whole family. We will need many volunteers so please let us know if you are able to help.

Movie Night- Unfortunately we were not able to pull the movie night together. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Look for a skate night (if the ice freezes again).

T-shirts and Sweatshirts- We still have Scenic Park shirts available through the school store. T-shirts are only $7 child and $8 adult. Sweatshirts are $11 child and $12 adult.

Technology- PTA understands the constant need to update computers and their accessories so we have, once again decided to buy much needed batteries and other equipment to help keep our students up to date with their technological skills.

Happy Holidays- We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. Make some extra time for the kids and think how you may be able to help our whole school community. We appreciate the support you have given in the past.
