If you don't want to order your yearbook or ad online, you may print the following forms. 
These forms need to be given to the yearbook advisor.

It‛s time to have your child‛s senior portraits taken if you haven‛t already.  We here in yearbook land have decided to make it easy for you this year. There is only one date you need to remember this year:

         November 1st!!!

That is when both senior portraits and senior tributes (formerly known as senior ads) are due. 

Portrait details:

• Head-and-shoulder shots only.

• No full body, no props.

• Photos must be VERTICAL PORTRAIT orientation.

• Photo size: at least 1 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide.

  • Photos can be larger as long as the head size is correct.

  • Head size from top of head to chin: 1 inch maximum.

• If you are planning to submit photos digitally they must be 120 percent size at 300 ppi.

• We prefer you to submit images on CD directly to the Yearbook Adviser.

• you may submit printed images also.

• PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IMAGES ON DVD.

• PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IMAGES THROUGH EMAIL.

• PLEASE DO submit images directly to Mr. Hinshaw, Adviser.

Tribute Details:

• Full color.

• Tribute enrollment must be turned in and paid for by November 1st.

In addition to senior tributes, we also sell business ads.  The deadline for business ads is December 15th.

Prices:

• Full page - $350

• Half page - $225

• Quarter page - $125

• 1/8 page (business only) - $75
