Steller Class Schedule

SBA/HSGQE Week

March 31 – April 4, 2008

 

Spring Assessment Administration will involve the following students and assessments:

• The Standards Based Assessment (SBA) for grades 7, 8, and 9
• The High School Graduation Qualifying Exam (HSGQE) combined with the SBA for

grade 10

• Tuesday, students in grades 7-10 will be assessed in Reading
• Wednesday, students in grades 7-10 will be assessed in Writing
• Thursday, in grades 7-10 will be assessed in Mathematics
• Friday, students in grades 8 and 10 only will be assessed in Science.

This is the first time we will be administering a Science Standards Based Assessment.

• Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 each morning.

 

The schedule for the week of March 31-April 1, 2008 will be as follows:

Students in grades 11 and 12 will not participate in the assessments unless they have been

notified that they need to take a section of the High School Graduation Qualifying Exam.

Juniors and Seniors will not come to school on the testing days until after lunch, unless they

have a grade level class meeting to plan and organize spring activities.

posted in the Steller Office.
