School Goals

Goal 1:

Wendler will show a 3% increase in Language Arts AYP for All Students.  In addition in all of the subcategories that Wendler did not meet AYP Wendler will show a 10% increase or reach Safe Harbor in AYP. 

Goal 2: 

Wendler will show a 3% increase in Math AYP for All Students.  In addition in all of the subcategories that Wendler did not meet AYP Wendler will show a 10% increase or reach Safe Harbor in AYP. 

Goal 3: 

Wendler will remain a safe school that utilizes AVB for all students and continues to function using our school wide discipline plan, “Our House Rules”. 

Parent Meetings

The principal has parent meetings each month.

Follow the Leaders

Math students are enrolled (by their math teacher) in an on-line math tutorial to assist in improving math scores. Students may work on their lessons at any time from home. Follow the Leaders is located at: http://www.homeroom.com

Team Newsletters

Teams now have the ability to post weekly newsletters on their team website, and their team counselor will update and email them out as teachers update them.

Grades Online

Wendler has the capability to post grades on the internet.
