Class of 1951 Anchorage High School Alumni 50th Reunion have donated approximately $2300.00 in excess funds (from the reunion celebration held in Anchorage at the Millenium Hotel on July 15 & 17, 2001) to the SALVATION ARMY for use in the poor, needy and underprivileged children programs. Watch the Anchorage News for more information. The donation was from all of the ATTENDEES of the 50th reunion and was presented to the SALVATION ARMY by Jack Brown.

161 Anchorage High School Alumni from 1947-1960 enjoyed the 50th All Class celebration sponsored by the AHS class of 1951 on June 15 and 17, 2001 at the Millenium Alaska Hotel on the shore of Lake Spenard.

The weekend was sunny and warm, the food and conversation excellent. "Thank You" to all who attended and helped with the reunion................

Class of 1967 will hold its 40 year reunion August 3rd and 4th, 2007. Class of 1968 had their 30th reunion along with East and Dimond July 17-19th, 1998. Events included an evening reception at Josephines on the 17th, golf during the day and dinner at the 4th Avenue Theater on the 18th, and a picnic at Kincaid Park on the 19th.
