Body composition is the tissue breakdown of your body. It usuallyonly differentiates between fat and all other body tissue (muscle,,bone, organs, blood...). There are many ways to estimate % of bodyfat. Skin fold measurements, electrical impedance, infrared andunderwater weighing. Control of your 5 fat is done through goodnutritional habits and exercise. Only aerobic exercise uses fatas fuel.
