This is Wesley and Mrs. Shagon.

Question: Will the villages that do not have any natives now have more in the future?

Answer: Its not likely that unoccupied villages will ever have inhabitants, reason being the majority of the Aleutian Islands are national preserves for the protection and migration of animals.

Question: Was it hard to leave the village after growing up?

Answer: No, the reason I say no is I like adventure and learning different things.

Question: What was your favorite chore to do?

Answer: My favorite chore was helping to store and preserve food with my mother.

Question: Do most of the Aleut groups use guns?

Answer: Guns are used to hunt for food.

Question: Was there running water in your village?

Answer: We did have running water in my village.

Question: Back when they made hunting hats did they actually use seal whiskers?

Answer: Seal or sea lion whiskers were used to indicate how skillful a hunter was. It also represented the number of animals they had killed.
