Yupik Eskimos use skin scrapers. The skin scrapers are made out of stone and wood . They are called ulus. They used it for scraping skins.

Eskimo clothing is best for cold climates. A women's parka has extra room for a baby in the back. A long time a go,they did not wear gloves. Water proof mukluks made out of seal skin, were used for wet tundra. Each family member needs several suits of clothes.

To sew clothes they needed sinew thread, needles, and a case. A box is used to keep all the items. And they also needed a thimble that was made out of seal skin.
