Rikeekeus

The rikeekeus is a very bazaar creature. It has bright, orange or white fur with black stripes. Along with the black stripes it has black lined designs on it's snake like face and big, flappy ears. Each rikeekeus has it's own significant designs. Next to the ears are curly ram horns. Under it's horns are big, yellow frog eyes. In it's mouth sits a fork tongue, two elephant tusks, and poison inflicting teeth. Under it's bazaar head sits a long neck and a striped kangaroo body. These bazaar creatures stand about 4-6 feet and weigh about 90-160 lb.
The rikeekeus is a very intelligent hunter. When hunting wildebeest, antelope, or wart hog, it rolls in manure to hide it's scent, the stalks in trees or tall grass then jumps out and rams it's horns into the prey's neck to paralyze it. When hunting baboon, it locks the baboon's neck to the ground with it's tusks then slashes the abdomen. In a fast meal of mircat, it will rush up and inflict a poisonous bite and wait for death. When fishing, it raises it's head above the water and waits for prey, when it sees a fish, it stabs fast with it's tusks into the fish. If starving, a group of rikeekeus will use a full force attack on an elephant or rhino. A full force attack is when it grabs the prey and stabs with tusks and horn. Then inflicts a poisonous bite.
The rikeekeus has many ways to move around. The main way to move around is quick fast hops. If being chased by a stampede or chasing fast prey, they can gallop to top speeds of 105 mph. It kicks it's powerful back legs and bobs it's heavy head to swim. Can leap long distances of 40-60 feet. Can jump and claw up trees to set an ambush.
The rare rikeekeus lives on the beautiful continent of Africa. Most rikeekeus live on grassy plains of Windhoek, Bamako, and the other sunny plains. Few live in the lush jungles of Congo.
The bazaar rikeekeus may not be the nicest animal but he keeps a roll to keep the environment stable.
