Step 2  Using the Lasso tool  cut out what kind of looks like a face of an old lady.  Then with the shift key down move the face directly to the right.

Step 3  Cut out a piece of the bottom of the figure and place it on top.  This will become the hat.

Step 4  Now add features to make it look like a bag lady.

Step 5 Copy and Paste three of them and change their colors by using the fill bucket.

Step 6  Now piece them together to make a mosaic.
