A smiley or emoticon is a way to express your feelings or thoughts that are otherwise too difficult to express with words. Here are some examples of some smileys.

:-) Means Happy. Or if you are left handed then it's (-:
8-) Happy with glasses
:-t Cranky
:-/ Undecided
:-o Shocked
:-& Tongue tied
:-c Bummed out
:-x My lips are sealed
:-I Hmmmmm
;-) Winking (just joking)
:'-( User is crying.
The assignment here is to send these 11 to me through email. As well as this, however, make up 10 of your own and send them to me in the same email message.
Points will be based on originality and best use of characters. Remember that your smileys do not necessarily have to be a simple 3 or 4 character face. I've seen some really impresive emoticons that take up several lines and many characters.
