Type in a paragraph first. You need text to highlite first before you can create a link.

For example: <p>Click here to go to My friends home page</p>

Now get on the net and find the page you want to link to.

Highlite the URL from the top and choose copy from the Edit menu. Hint: It startes with HTTP for example.

http://www.asd.k12.ak.us/

Now get back to BBEdit.

Highlite the text you want to create a link out of.

Now choose HTML link from the Extensions menu.

When it asks for the URL you want to link to, paste in the URL you just copied.

Click OK.

Open your document in Netscape. What are you waiting for try it out!!!
