Place your cursor somewhere between the <body> and the </body> tags.
Choose HTML Paragraph from the Extensions menu.
Choose the alignment. Default means left. Center means ... uh...center
It's best to choose the closing </p> tags option.
click OK.
a <p> and a </p> tag should appear
type in your paragraph.
