flash drive (also called a thumb drive) like the ones pictured would be
very helpful for your student for this History Day project. It would enable
them to work on their project both at school and at home with a minimum of
fuss. A flash drive of 512 MB or 1 GB capacity is more than enough, and you
can get them at Wal Mart, Fred Meyer, Best Buy, etc. for under $10.00
How about a library card? We were shocked to learn that only
about 10 out of 110 students on our team have Municipal Library cards. They
are FREE and easy to obtain, and you might
just create lifelong learners!!!
