FEVER
Students who have a temperature of 100 degrees or more, a contagious illness or are not well enough to learn, are not to attend school. It is recommended that students be temperature free without medication for 24 hours before returning to school. If a student becomes sick, or is injured at school, parents will be notified. Parents are encouraged to contact the school nurse and review their child's special health concerns at 742-2151.
Parents are expected to call the school by 10:00 AM each morning that their student is absent from school to excuse him/her from that day's attendance.

Students who will be out consecutive days for medical purposes need to have the doctor complete a medical waiver form for the attendance office. The nurse's office has these forms available.
