| 1. Complete the training. |
|
| 2. Go to MyLearningPlan on the Internet. |
|
| 3. Log in with your username and password. Please remember that
these may be different from what you have chosen to use for email. |
|
| 4. Select District Catalog from the left-hand side of
your screen. |
|
| 5. Select Special Ed 07/08 under Upcoming Events. |
|
6. Scroll to the title of the class you have just completed or
enter a word from the title in the "search term" field.
IMPORTANT: if you are using the
search field, please set
the beginning search date prior to the start of the class regardless
of when the class is actually offered.

| 7. Click once on the title of the training. |
|
| 8. Click on the button to sign up. |
|
| 9. Click on the Return button to go back to your main
MLP page. |
|
| 10. Under My Requests, find the Approved and in
Progress section. Click on the title of the class you just
completed. |
|
| 11. Scroll to the Actions section near the bottom of
the screen and click on the IS (or IR) Special Education Training
Evaluation link. |
|
| 12. Fill out the evaluation form. Be sure to push the Save button
at the bottom of the page. |
|
| 13. Click on the Return to Main button. |
|
| 14. Look back at the Actions section. The evaluation
form link now says Mark Complete. Click on the link. |
|
| 15. An Activity Completion form appears. Ignore the
Expense Summary and click on the Submit button at the
bottom of the screen. |
|
| 16. Click on the Return to Main button. |
|
| 17. You do not have to do anything more. The class title will
automatically move within your Requests section
from Approved and in Progress to Awaiting Final Approval.
At the end of the quarter it will move to the Most
Recently Completed section. |
|
| 18. You have successfully marked yourself complete and can logout
from MLP by pushing the button in the top right-hand corner. |
