1. Students will acquire basic skills and strategies to read independently. All students will maintain Huffman Elemetary's high achievement scores at each successive grade level in Reading.
2. All students will be assessed in the Fall and Spring with grade level appropriate writing prompts, assessed by a rubric using three of the Six Writing Traits Model: ideas, organization, and conventions.
