During the monitoring, some errors were noted that had been identified in previous years.
Please be certain to remember: |

Services not provided by a certified special education teacher or related service provider are supervised by a certified special education teacher or related services provider |

Progress reports related to goals/objectives must be in the file |
3 |
Document regular education
interventions before referring a child to special education |
| 4 | When related services is provided through consult, describe the frequency of the consult and area(s) of instruction the consult applies to on page 8 |
| 5 | Transportation must be included in the IEP if the student needs it, even if the parent chooses to transport

| 6 | Every IEP must list General Education time, even if the time is zero hours |
