IEP Annual Review
Summary

IEP Annual Review

Discuss the student’s assessment results at the annual IEP review.

Include assessment results in the Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFP). Information from statewide assessments is one source of information contributing to the PLAAFP.

Student test scores are available to classroom teachers, special education teachers and psychologists electronically through the ASD Website District Connection. (If you do not see student files after following the directions below, you may need to request access to files from the principals of the schools you serve.)

How to Access Student Test Results:

1) From the ASD website homepage, Click on District Connection.
2) Enter your name and email password
3) Once you’ve signed in to the District Connection, Go to Secure Applications. Click on Assessment Database.

4) Depending upon your position, you will choose View Scores or Student Search.

If you click on Student Search, and you work in multiple schools, select the school you want.

Accessing Student Test Scores Help

If you are a school psychologist and it looks like no student files have been assigned to you, request that the principals of the schools you serve give you access.

If you need assistance in navigating the ARS, there is an Assessment Reporting System User Guide (ARS User Guide) available through the ASD Website/District Connection/Quick Links/ARS Training Guide.

1) Log on to the ASD District Connection and go to the Assessment and Evaluation Department Testing Information link.
2) Select the ARS Training Guide for further assistance.
