Gateway to Traning is a series of tutorials, powerpoint presentations and guidance memos related directly to special education topics, procedures, training and MLP use.

IEP Content Traning is a collection of modules designed to assist ASD staff in entering the content of IEP's
IEP Navigation Training is a tutorial that leads the educator through navigation upgrades to our district's IEP program. Staff members may opt to read the training online, download a bookmarked pdf to their desktops, or print a hardcopy.
Special Education Topic2 is designed to help clarify the roles and responsibilities of school administrators, general educators and special educators in the Special Education process.
Paraprofessional E-Training are trainings designed for the paraprofessionals (but open to anyone) and offered through the State of Alaska DEED, and all meet requirements for PSP hours. Optional credit hours are available through APU. These sites are managed outside of the ASD. Register through MLP
Mandatory Training modules, Child Find and 504, must be taken each school year. You will be linked to ASD Tube for a video and a ppt. Look under
