Teachers, if you want to notify the public library of an upcoming assignment, use the assignment alert on their website.

Discovery Education is an excellent way to bring video into your classroom.  See the library for passwords.  Goldenview also has a subscription to Safari Montage (accessible at school only).  Follow the link or simply type "gvsafari" into your browser address bar.

There are also some educational programs using Cable in the Classroom.  To see what their schedule is, please search the website.

• Keep Vid: Use this to download a video you need to show at school.

• Print What You Like:  Print a webpage without the ads, blank spaces and links.

• Text Fixer:  Removes line breaks, capitalizes sentences, removes all caps, etc.

• ZamZar: Online conversion tool.  Use this when you can't open your file from home or need to show a video in school.
