1st Quarter Recognition Greatest reading improvement Ondre Williams Most improved effort & attendance Larry Meeks Always punctual Jacob Falagai Eric Giliam READ 180 All-Stars Fall 2007 The following English 11/READ 180 students improved their reading levels by 50-160 lexiles (1-4 yrs.) in only nine weeks of instruction: Marie Cruz Jacob Falagai Amber Farnham Cassandra Mareko Ondre Williams This is significant since the average semester READ 180 lexile gain is 35-50 lexiles, and they improved by twice to three times that amount in only one quarter! Way to go!!!
