Courage
It starts SIMple: one runner - one trail. it is one on one. who will win is up to me.
the next transformation: self awareness. I can beat the trail, it can’t beat me.
The testing stage: how far can I push myself? how far can I be pushed?
self realization: it hurts, i can’t breathe, i can’t give up. I will beat the trail.
sportsmanship
competition: REspect is earned for myself and given to teammates and competitors.
we are all runners fighting the same battle against the trail.
i will push and encourage fellow runners.
Pride
now that i have succeeded for myself, i am ready to push harder for my team.
I think of my team first. They are my family and do things that make me proud to be a coyote.
One only has to look into the eyes of a coyote to see it.
We travel in packs but watch out for the lone runner!
Lives changing before your eyes...
