Atomic Learning

Atomic Learning is a very powerful commercial site set up with two major functions:

Individual instruction on computer tasks. Want to know how to make a graph in Excel? A movie in iMovie? Signatures in Outlook? Anything at all in any program? Atomic Learning has short little movies that with an excellent search function to find them.

Teacher Resources. Teaching a new class and want some ideas? Teaching an old class and want some ideas? Find Lesson Accelerators, Storyboards, Assessment Frameworks, Lesson Plans, and more in the resources available.

The district has gotten a license for Atomic Learning for all staff members. Each person should have an account set up automatically. Follow the link to Atomic Learning (also found on the district web page, lower left corner) and type in the name and password supplied by your tech person. Note that the license allows all staff access, it does not give this access to students. You are welcome to pull up the page in class and use it as a resource with your students, but it is not appropriate to give the password to students or to let them log in individually.
