Launch Fetch 4.0. (Look in the Applications Folder / Fetch 4.0 – You can drag ‘the dog’ to your dock (the bar at the bottom) if you wish it to be there for a shortcut.)

Copy your new folder to the Fetch window by dragging
it from wherever you saved it to the Fetch window. [suggestion: Mac
hard drive / Documents]
Wait for your files to move over (this can take a couple of minutes.) The Put and Get buttons
will become darker again when it is done.
Quit Fetch.
You are done.
