7. There has been some debate in recent months about how to resolve the overcrowding situation at Chugiak High School. Chugiak is currently 20% over capacity and even if a new high school is built, the overcrowding situation would still have to be dealt with while the school is under construction. I am going to read you a number of potential ways for the overcrowding at Chugiak to be alleviated. Please tell me whether you strongly favor, mildly favor, mildly oppose or strongly oppose each option. (READ OPTIONS – IF THEY RESPOND FAVOR/OPPOSE ASK “Is that strongly or mildly?”)

Making Mirror Lake Middle School and Gruening Middle School inclusive of 9th grade, thus converting Chugiak to a 10th , 11th and 12th grade high school:
