6. The School District has selected a site for a new high school in Eagle River and has funding to design the new school. Voters approved the design funding in an election held two years ago. If there was also a bond on the April ballot for the construction of a new high school in Eagle River, the bond would be for approximately $49 million. Passing this $49 million bond would result in an increase in your annual property taxes of approximately $25 for twenty years for every $100,000 of assessed property value.
