To be awarded to a graduating South Anchorage High School student in recognition of outstanding community service. A $2000 award will be given to the winner of this award with an additional gift of $500 given to the charity (non-profit organization) of the student’s choice.

Instructions

Please complete the following form and place it in a large manila envelope with the words Attention: PTSO – Bo Seward Award printed on the outside of the envelope.   It is recommended that you request receipt confirmation from the US Post Office.

Deadline: The award will be presented during the Senior Night of Inspiration ceremony at South Anchorage High School   If the Senior Night of Inspiration is cancelled for any reason, the winner will be notified by phone call by mid May.
