• Expanded Free Meals for NSLP Schools due to the

Emergency COVID Summer Food Service Program

The Anchorage School District is opting to take advantage of offering meals at no charge to children enrolled in National School Lunch Program (NSLP) through a special emergency program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

    Expansion of Service

The expansion of this program enables ASD to provide meals at no charge from the 34 current community eligible provision schools to the 80 National School Lunch Program Schools in the Anchorage School District.  ASD Virtual students are also eligible to participate, provided their primary enrollment in Q/(ParentConnect) is one of the 80 neighborhood schools.  All meals must be pre-ordered and picked-up at an available distribution center.

Beginning Oct. 19, 2020, eligible students may pick up meals every day at one of 27 school sites across the District between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.  To order meals and pick up at the following locations, families must create an account, add eligible students, and select the desired pick up location through www.paypams.com

For assistance in placing or canceling orders, email snadmin@asdk12.org, or contact (907) 348-5142 and select the option 2.  For families without computer access, staff will be available at each school to offer assistance in placing orders through PayPams.
