  • Cancellation Policy

    •  All cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled event to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations for events scheduled on weekends and holidays must be submitted in writing by Wednesday at noon prior to the scheduled event.
    • Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than $10



    Schedule changes must be requested by the permit holder via email and may be subject to a $10 change fee.


    Documentation Requirements

    • IRS 501(c)3 letter of determination indicating exemption from federal taxes - if the organization is a non-profit.
    • Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1M, commercial general liability with subrogation waiver, and list ASD as additional insured.


    School Board Policy

    Non-ASD groups requesting rental of ASD facilities must present a Certificate of Insurance to the Community Services Department (Rentals) in the amount of $1,000,000 in commercial general liability limits and include a subrogation waiver and an additional insured endorsement naming the Anchorage School District.
