Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

ASD contracts with Aetna to provide an Employee Assistance Program. Confidential counseling services to help resolve personal concerns are available 24 hours a day at no charge. Services are available for both employee and dependents.

Among other concerns, you can get help with family/parenting issues, marital or relationship problems, anxiety or depression, work stress, grief, alcohol or drug abuse and coping with change. These are just a few concerns addressed by Aetna's licensed counselors; you are encouraged to access your EAP for any personal stress.
