Statement of Nondiscrimination

The School Board is committed to equal opportunity for all individuals in education. The Board shall promote programs which ensure that discriminatory practices are eliminated in all District activities (BP 0410 and BP 5145.3). Any student or employee who violates this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
