The Communications, Publications, and External Affairs team keeps families, staff, and the public informed. They manage emergency alerts, media relations, school updates, legislative outreach, public engagement, and more. They make sure people know what’s happening, why it matters, and how to get involved.

We’ve heard the criticism. For years, families and community members asked us to communicate more clearly and more often. So we made it a priority. This department is a direct response to that feedback.
