Mass Notifications Technical Issues

Blackboard Mass Notification access has been restored however some features may be limited.  

Impact:

• SMS Mobile Text Messages still not functioning. The vendor is still working to resolve this issue and expects it to be offline for a minimum of 3 weeks.

  • The following avenues of messaging are still available:

    • Email

    • Phone calls

    • ASD app push notifications
