Equity Audit Report

The Equity Audit was based on several objectives: (1) ASD’s mission of educating all students for success in life; (2) ensuring equity in student access and opportunities; (3) identifying and eliminating barriers that prevent full participation for student groups; and (4) comparison of student experience. The process includes engagement with various stakeholders, including teachers, principals, students, and community members. The recommendations in this report are aligned with current School Board goals and guardrails. The last two pages of the report are meant to serve as a snapshot of the work along with guiding equity questions and tips for furthering conversations for parents and families.
