Registration
New-To-District Students
Required to provide a health history form and immunization records to the school nurse.
Returning Students
Submit new immunization records and new health concerns to the school nurse.
Health Concerns
Parents/guardians of students with health concerns should reach out to their school nurse to develop a plan for nursing services. Working together with you and your doctor, our nurses provide frequent services for:
- Daily medication needs
- Allergies/Anaphylaxis
- Asthma
- Diabetes
- Seizures
- Tube feedings

Health Screenings
Throughout the school year, our nurses will provide vision, hearing, and growth screenings according to AS 14.30.127(a). However, if at any time a teacher or parent has a concern, they can reach out to the school nurse.
